SMS terms
Student Success is a text message program run by AI Innovation Foundry, Inc. ("we"). These terms explain what we send and how to stop it.
What we send
- Students get a daily plan: a short numbered list of schoolwork to do first, based on their Canvas grades and assignments, and a reply when they text done with a number.
- Parents and guardians get a daily summary of their student's classes and what's first on the student's list.
Messages are informational. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up
A parent or guardian signs up the family on our join page and checks a box for each phone number, agreeing to receive these texts. For a student under 18, the parent or guardian gives consent and confirms the student agrees. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Up to 1 message a day per person, at the same time each afternoon, plus a reply when you text us. Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for the texts.
Help and stopping
Reply HELP to any message for help. Reply STOP to stop all messages to your number. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and nothing after that. Reply START to sign up again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.
Privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
