Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Student Success, run by AI Innovation Foundry, Inc. ("we"). By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

Student Success reads a student's Canvas information with a token the parent provides, and sends daily text messages and a family dashboard to help the student decide what to work on. It's a free beta: features may change, and it may be unavailable at times.

Your part

• You must be the student's parent or legal guardian to sign up a student, and have the right to share the student's Canvas access.
• Give phone numbers you are allowed to sign up, and keep them current.
• Keep your dashboard sign-in to yourself.

Text messages

Our SMS terms are part of these terms. In short: Up to 1 message a day per person, plus replies to your texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

No guarantees

We work to keep plans accurate, but they come from Canvas data that teachers and schools control, and grades can change. Student Success helps you decide; it doesn't replace the school, the teacher or Canvas. The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We may end the beta or a family's access, with notice by email.
